For the large game the option 2 with 3 LR/LRC is also my favorite - good roster for denying. But for small points i am not sure if two troops are sufficient, since I don't know the missions and assets, yet. If you think it is sufficient, then this will be my rosters and best is, that I can put all in a small transportcase :-). As you know I am not the youngest and cannot carry that much :-)

My favorite for 1250 is “Terminator Flood” You have 4 hard to kill scorings which is very important on arena. You also have bikes which will probably die horrible way just to let you teleport where you want and open some Land Raiders. What I would change: Give Belial and all Sargent's 2x lightning claws it would give some advantage in CC. I believe that Power weapon is worst choice you can have on terminators. I will also try to find some points for apothecary. Enemy will throw everything they can at you just to stop you from entering CC. Every model saved by Apothecary is additional 2 S8 no save attack

Belial is pathetic, and giving him the sword of silence isn't going to help it. For God's sake, give him claws ;D
And for rosters, i like the "double wing" idea both for 1250 and 2100.

^^ If I give Belial Power Claws then I need to convince Marcin to do some painting in a short time...
Concerning the 1250 Pts Roosters: I just got the information from Wisielec (thx for doing that effort), I cannot take the same choices from the same category for the 1250 Pts games. With Troops choices beeing the only exeption. Therefore the "double wing" and the "hard nuts" are not a valid roster. I also see that purely Termis will be to easy to bypass, the damage output from purely shooting is to little. I therfore thought about these two roosters for 1250 Pts: 1250 Pts - Dark Angels Roster HQ 1: Belial: Terminator Armor; Storm Bolter; Sword of Silence (130 Pts)
Troops 1: Tactical Squad (150 Pts) 4 Dark Angels (Meltagun x1) 1 Dark Angels Seargent 1 Razorback (TL Heavy Bolter)
Troops 2: Deathwing Terminator Squad (250 pts) 4 Terminators (Chain Fist x1; Lightning Claws (pair) x1; TH&SS x1, Heavy Flamer; Standard Bearer) 1 Terminator Sergeant
Troops 3: Deathwing Terminator Squad (250 Pts), 4 Terminators (Chain Fist x1; Assault Cannon x1) 1 Terminator Sergeant
Fast Attack 1: Ravenwing Attack Squadron (220 pts) 2 Bikers (Meltagun x2) 1 Biker Sergeant (Melta Bombs; Power Fist) 1 Attack Bike (Multimelta x1)
Heavy Support 1: Land Raider Crusader (250 pts)
1250 Pts - Dark Angels Roster HQ 1: Belial: Terminator Armor; Storm Bolter; Sword of Silence (130 Pts)
Troops 1: Tactical Squad (150 Pts) 4 Dark Angels (Meltagun x1) 1 Dark Angels Seargent 1 Razorback (TL Heavy Bolter)
Troops 2: Tactical Squad (170 Pts) 4 Dark Angels 1 Dark Angels Seargent 1 Razorback (TL LasC)
Troops 3: Deathwing Terminator Squad (240 Pts), 4 Terminators (Chain Fist x1; Cyclone Missile Launcha x1) 1 Terminator Sergeant
Troops 4: Deathwing Terminator Squad (240 Pts), 4 Terminators (Chain Fist x1; Cyclone Missile Launcha x1) 1 Terminator Sergeant
Fast Attack 1: Ravenwing Attack Squadron (320 pts) (might go in Combat Squads) 5 Bikers (Meltagun x2) 1 Biker Sergeant (Melta Bombs, Power Fist) 1 Attack Bike (Multimelta x1)

I would NEVER use the old Cyclone missile launcher.
It is an easy probability calculation, directly compared with an assault cannon the cyclone launcher always loose du to the rending rule of the assault cannon!
The Cyclone has only two advantages:
1.) The fragment shot (but only if you are able to get a LOT of models below the marker!) 2.) The increased range - should be no problem for teleporting terminators...

So here are my final (more or less) rosters for Arena 2009. All fit hopefully in a small case. ;-) They will look great on the table ... at least as long as they don't take too much casualities. And for sure I will be able to finish games in time and desturb the other players ;-) :

Good that we are in the same team on Baltic Brothers Challenge.... Has the Manticor something like a min - max range such as the old basilisk?

Yeah, it may look a bit harsh ( in Poland we say "Bije po oczach" which basically means "It hits your eyes". Especially manticores, which may be a little over the top) but I've always wanted to go fully mechanised, and since ogryns suck and I hate rough riders models, i need something to counter enemy close combat troops. In addition, multi melta add-on provides additional AV threat and 1st weapon destroyed result don't render Bane Wolf useless.
Manticore has a minimum indirect fire range of 24'', but it can also fire warhead in a standard way.
As for the Arena, be prepared for really heavy lists. From my experience, Master-Class tournaments in Poland are always dominated by the maxed-out, heavy roosters led by "hydranty" (power-gamers)

Anyone has any ideas re: dealing with "castled" IG artillery? Space Wolves have obvious option of wolf scouts, Inquisition can use Callidus, but plain vanilla marines? I've thought about deep striking land speeder with multimelta, and drop pod with iroclad dread - or even a small crew of sternguard with combi-meltas.

Put everything on bikes, boost to him, hope and pray that it does not hit you too hard, and then kill them all. Sounds easy - but is not :-) . Could work fine with Ravenwing - Scout Move.
